In New Orleans, we completed a renovation of this historic home and added an expansive new build to the property to create a unique duplex with a vibrant courtyard that unites both units with areas for fun and relaxation.
The spaces seamlessly combine Colonial Revival details with playful bursts of color and romantic textures, featuring lime-wash and Venetian plaster walls alongside walnut countertops, resulting in eclectic living within each building.

The exterior environments focus on recreation with a spa, sauna, deck and fire pit and upper-level observation patio.
The thoroughfare between the residences was reimagined into an entertaining area where the music room could open into a fully indoor/outdoor experience.
