A traditional board and batten house surrounded by mature trees was transformed into a duplex residence bringing together a vibrant exterior with an eclectic, contemporary interior.
Our team executed a comprehensive renovation of a 1950’s ranch-style home into a modern, refined Montecito ranch house that balances sophistication, current design sensibility and utility with comfort.
Design for two brothers, each living in one unit, the goal was to blend two distinct styles into one cohesive composition. This is best represented in the two unique front facade entries highlighted by pops of color found throughout the exterior doors, windows and patio.
