The hurdles and complexities that follow property destruction from a natural disaster are many. We aim to remove confusion and difficult barriers so that our clients can confidently move forward. We are proud to use every expertise at our disposal to evaluate design restrictions and permitting changes to determine the most thoughtful and effective approach to rebuilding for each and every client.

A PERSONALIZED APPROACH TO REBUILDING EFFECTIVELY

FROM DEBRIS REMOVAL TO DESIGN APPROVAL

For homeowners facing the loss of a property, rebuilding can feel both urgent and overwhelming. We approach this work with great care, recognizing that each project represents far more than a structure; it is a home, a history, and a future.

As part of the design-build organization Clear Group, Clear Architecture’s design and engineering team collaborates closely with construction, millwork and skilled trade partners to support homeowners throughout the rebuilding process, from the early stages of debris removal and site abatement to breaking ground and finally project completion.

This shared expertise reduces unnecessary delays and creates a straightforward project plan, providing homeowners with reliable, informed guidance and practical solutions.

PALISADES AND EATON RECOVERY:
Pre-approved Standard Plans

Roughly six months after the start of the devastating Palisades and Eaton wildfires, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass issued an executive order to launch a pre-approved standard plan pilot program for single-family homes.

In an effort to build a virtual library of pre-approved code-compliant designs to fast-track rebuild projects, the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) issued a call to architects to submit single-family home designs for the virtual portal. We’re proud to share that our below design was the very first to be approved and selected as part of this program.

Plan Number: SFH001

Status: Approved

Category: Single Family Home

Plan: 1-Story with attached 2-car garage; 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with options (2,968 sf.)
