Set atop Eucalyptus Hill, the exterior of the residence is designed to maximize 180-degree ocean views while creating private living—enhanced by the addition of an outdoor kitchen, a cozy fireplace, ample entertainment space, and a stunning pool.
The site required a thoughtful reconfiguration of the steep driveway entrance, which involved extensive grading to accommodate for safe traffic flow and significant structural engineering to ensure the safe construction of the pool and spa.

The outdoor kitchen and fireplace design sought to build upon the home’s Spanish appeal and create seamless integration of luxurious outdoor living spaces with the breathtaking natural surroundings. Details such as the outdoor shower and covered pergola with a TV bring unique indoor living features fully outdoors. Significant paving and landscaping completes the renovation.
