Noah LION
Development Analyst
Noah brings an architecture, construction, and development background to the team. He aims to use his diverse skillset to create design-focused residential, hospitality and mixed-use development. Noah graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S in Real Estate and has worked as a real estate analyst, apprentice residential contractor, and architectural intern.
Noah’s past work includes the partially pre-fabricated UrbanBuild19 tiny home, a design competition which he won and then built with a group of students in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans. In collaboration with non-profit organizations, the house is now a home for a man who has lived on the streets for nearly 2 decades. The project won an AIA award for Small Scale residential and the heart-warming story was featured on CBS mornings.
Noah is originally from Boston but now lives in New Orleans where he plays and coaches soccer, does improv comedy, and dances to live music.
