Professional Engineer

Forrest Piepers brings to Clear Architecture a strong background in engineering and structural design. After securing a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Structural Engineering, both earned at Cal State Northridge, Forrest spent several years designing high-end residential structures across the expansive greater Los Angeles area. With varied experience in hillside residential, multi-family, mixed-use, large, custom residential projects, and leading a team of five junior engineers, Forrest’s passion, persistence, and precision align harmoniously with Clear’s core values—as well as the interdisciplinary nature of Clear’s vertically integrated companies. 

Outside of engineering, Forrest is all about the great outdoors. On the weekends he can be found hiking with his wife and two dogs, or carving through fresh powder on the slopes come winter.
