Rebuilding the soul of the Pacific Palisades
Clear Group and Felderman Keatinge + Associates have formed a partnership dedicated to rebuilding homes in the Pacific Palisades—with the design intelligence, construction integration, and community roots to do it right.
"What we discovered is that our values are in complete alignment. We are here to build homes and help families rebuild their lives—and to make sure the Palisades that emerges from this tragedy is just as special, maybe even more so, than the one we lost."
Nancy Keating, Felderman Keatinge + Associates
A partnership Formed for One Reason
Our aim is simple: to serve families rebuilding their homes in the wake of the Pacific Palisades fire.
This is not a real estate opportunity. It is not a volume-build operation. It is a practice built on the belief that every family who lost a home in the Palisades deserves a rebuild that is as carefully considered, as personally meaningful, and as community-rooted as the neighborhood itself.
The goal is not to replicate the familiar but to provide a bridge to the future. For the Pacific Palisades, that means honoring what made it irreplaceable and building what comes next with the same care.
THE STORY BEHIND THE Collaboration
The relationship between Clear Group and Felderman Keatinge + Associates didn't begin with a business plan, it began with an invitation: a mutual friend asked both teams to collaborate on a single home. What they envisioned together was a design deeply connected to its site and to the life of the family who would live there. The values alignment was immediate and undeniable.
Stanley Felderman and Nancy Keatinge have called the Palisades home for 26 years. They raised their children there and remember Friday evening string quartets in a small park, Sunday mornings packing lunches for the unhoused, then driving them to the Hollywood Food Coalition, neighbors pausing mid-walk for coffee and conversation.
That Pacific Palisades—the one built from daily life, genuine community, and human-scaled architecture—is what this partnership is devoted to restoring.
A Full-Service, Human-Centered Rebuild process
With already seven rebuild permits secured, our teams have navigated the insurance claims process, bids and negotiations, and the permitting infrastructure firsthand. We bring this earned knowledge to every client engagement.
Architecture AND Interior Design
Decades of collective, award-winning design intelligence, applied to every home as if it were their own.
Design-Build & Engineering
Clear Group's fully integrated process spans architecture, construction, and millwork, moving as a single, coordinated team from first concept through final completion.
Insurance, permitting & Contractor guidance
Families don't have to navigate the rebuild process alone. We share our technical experience and municipal connections so clients arrive at decisions informed, not overwhelmed.
Stanley Felderman’s quick sketch Capability
A distinctive and immediate offering: Stanley's hand sketches help clients and real estate brokers quickly visualize what a rebuilt home could look like before a single formal plan is drawn.
À La Carte Service Options
Not every family needs the same level of support. Services can be tailored to match each client's specific situation, timeline, and needs.
“Together, this partnership offers the highest industry standard of documentation and implementation, with the checks and balances that ensure what is promised at the start is what is delivered at the end. Our goal is to provide clarity to residents who are dealing with unfathomable uncertainty.”
Michael Bosio, Managing Principal Clear Architecture
Design Vision, Construction precision, and community roots
The Pacific Palisades was never simply a place to live. It was one of the few genuinely walkable, intimate neighborhoods in Los Angeles. A place where young families and long-time residents shared the same sidewalks, the same coffee shop, the same ocean horizon. Where the architecture of everyday life—a front porch, a garden gate, a corner market—created the conditions for something rare: genuine belonging.
The partnership between Clear Group and Felderman Keatinge + Associates was formed, in part, to help residents come back, and to ensure that the rebuilding process protects the neighborhood's character while thoughtfully building upon everything that made it so special.
We are committed to clarity: in cost, in timeline, in communication, and in craft. Every project begins with listening. Every design decision is guided by the neighborhood's character and the individual family's life.
